Manager in Training:

      3.You uphold all Alfred standards and values and ensure your team is abiding by all company policies and procedures. You ensure consistent, amazing guest service and the regulars know you on a first name basis. As a Manager in Training you oversee product inventory, ordering, hiring, employee training, employee development, scheduling, product quality, customer communication and safe work practices.

Requirements:

         2-3 years of retail management experiene

         Food Handler's Certification

         Ability to work holidays and weekends

         A love for coffee, tea, and hospitality!
